Travel Agent & Cruise Planners Franchise Owner

Born in the U.S. and raised in Germany, I have traveled extensively throughout my life.  After arriving in the U.S. more than 20 years ago from Germany, I began scheduling and coordinating corporate and business travel. Each time our (military) family moved, I found new work as a travel consultant, helping military and civilian travelers to purchase turn-key travel packages for business and leisure. As a consultant, I earned awards for excellent service and was ranked in the top 5% for quality assurance.

For the past 14 years, I have been a destinations specialist for Cruise Planners, and for the past five years I have consistently earned awards for sales and customer-service excellence. My clients trust me to understand their travel needs and budgets, and they are not disappointed! I have earned several travel-industry certifications and am a member of four associations for international travel (IATAN, ASTA, CLIA and NACTA). Since May 2015, I have been a Certified Travel Advisor (CTA) with The Travel Institute, specializing in cruises–large ships and river cruising–as well as high end tours and specialized travel itineraries. I recently obtained my CPR/AED certification with the American Red Cross, to aid guests in emergencies when I travel.

I am fluent in English, German, and conversational in Spanish. This certainly helps when I am traveling through Europe or South America or speaking with people across the globe while planning my client’s next great adventure!  I’ve lived in the U.S. and in Europe, traveled around the globe and to all seven continents. I love to travel and for 29 years I’ve loved helping others see the world and get the most from their vacations–whether it is their first cruise or their own seventh continent!
